What we collect
When you use the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number if you give it, your approximate travel dates, the number of travellers and your message. If you email or message us instead, we receive whatever you choose to send.
If you book a trip that needs a permit, we also need the identity documents the issuing authority asks for. Our Sikkim travel information page lists which documents apply to which areas.
How we use it
We use your details to answer your enquiry, plan and quote your trip, and make the bookings it needs. That means sharing specific details with the hotels, drivers and permit offices involved — only what each of them needs for the service you have booked.
We do not sell your details.
This website
Enquiry form submissions are sent to us by email. The fonts on this site load from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them. The WhatsApp and phone links open those services, which have their own privacy terms. You do not need an account to use this website.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we need them to handle your enquiry and any trip you book, and longer only where the law requires us to keep records.
Your choices
You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by writing to info@sikkimtravelservice.com.
