Cancellation Policy
What happens if you need to cancel, and what happens if the mountains cancel for you.
If you cancel
What a cancellation costs depends on what has already been booked for your trip — hotels, vehicles and permits each have their own terms. For that reason the cancellation terms are set out in your written quotation, before you pay anything. If something about them is unclear, ask us before you book.
To cancel, write to us by email or WhatsApp. We confirm in writing that we have received it.
If a day cannot go ahead
Roads close, snow blocks passes, and permits can be suspended at short notice — Nathu La and the high roads of north Sikkim most often. When that happens we rearrange the day where we can and explain what changed.
Whether any part of a booking is refundable in that situation follows the terms in your quotation and the terms of the hotels and services involved.
