Plan your Sikkim trip with us in a few messages. Send your dates and a rough idea of what you want, and we will come back with an itinerary, the permits it needs and a quotation for your party.
To plan your Sikkim trip properly we need four things: roughly when you want to travel, how many nights you have, how many of you there are, and your nationality. That last one matters more than people expect — it decides which permits you can hold and therefore which parts of the state are open to you.
Tell us anything else that shapes the trip: travelling with young children or older parents, a preference for homestays over hotels, a birthday, dietary requirements, or a concern about altitude. We would far rather know before we write the itinerary than after.

Before you writeTwo details speed everything up: your nationality, which decides your permits, and whether anyone in the party has a heart or lung condition, which decides whether north Sikkim is a sensible idea at all.
What happens next
From Enquiry to Confirmed Itinerary
So you know what to expect after you press send.
1. We reply — Usually within one working day, with questions if anything in your note needs pinning down
2. A draft itinerary — A day-by-day plan with driving times, altitudes and the permits each day needs, plus a quotation for your party
3. You change it — Most itineraries go through two or three rounds. Moving a day or swapping a hotel costs nothing at this stage
4. We confirm — Rooms and vehicles are held once you are happy, and we tell you exactly which documents to send for permits
5. Before you travel — Permits filed, a final itinerary with your driver's details, and a number that works while you are in the hills
