  • Day 1. Arrive at Bagdogra Airport
  • Day 2. Gangtok sightseeing | Altitude: 1650 m.
  • Day 3. Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir | 41.2 km | Drive: 1 hour 8 mins | Altitude: 3753 m.
  • Day 4. Gangtok – Departure (End of 4-day tour).

Day 1: Arrive at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station – Gangtok sightseeing (121 km, 4hour 3 min):

  • Meet and greet at Bagdogra Airport or New Jalpaiguri Railway Station and drive to Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim.
  • On the way, stop for lunch and we occasionally stop on the way to take pictures.
  • In the afternoon, you can visit the Enchey Monastery.
  • In the evening, visit the famous MG Marg, a pedestrian-only street lined with shops, cafes, and restaurants. Enjoy some local cuisine and explore the market. Free to stroll in town for some shopping and photography.
  • Dinner and overnight in Hotel. 

Day 2: Gangtok Sightseeing | Altitude: 1650 m

  • After breakfast, start your day with a visit to the Rumtek Monastery, one of the most important monasteries in Sikkim.
  • Visit the Namgyal Institute of Tibetology, which houses a vast collection of Tibetans artefacts, including ancient manuscripts, thangkas, and religious artworks.
  • Next, head to the Banjhakri Falls and Energy Park, a beautiful waterfall surrounded by lush greenery and featuring traditional sculptures.
  • In the evening, enjoy a cable car ride to the scenic viewpoint at Tashi Viewpoint and soak in the panoramic views of the Himalayan range.
  • Dinner and overnight in Hotel.

Day 3: Excursion to Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir | 41.2 km | Drive: 1 hour 8 mins | Altitude: 3753 m.

  • After breakfast, depart for a day trip to Tsomgo Lake, also known as Changu Lake. This high-altitude lake is a popular tourist attraction and offers stunning views. You can also try yak riding here.
  • Continue your journey to Baba Mandir, a holy site dedicated to Baba Harbhajan Singh, an Indian Army soldier. It is believed to be a place of spiritual significance.
  • Afterward, return to Gangtok and spend the evening exploring the local markets or trying out some local delicacies. Free to stroll around the town for shopping and photography.
  • Dinner and overnight in Hotel. 

Day 4: Departure (End of 4 Day Tour).

  • After breakfast, drive to the airport and farewell.
